MEXICAN LASAGNA 
4 (10") flour tortillas
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 c. chopped tomatoes
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz.) jar salsa
Sour cream
Black olives, sliced

In 9 x 13 inch baking dish layer 2 tortillas on bottom, top with 1/2 of the refried beans and 1/2 hamburger mixture, half of the cheese. Top with 1/2 tomatoes and 1/2 salsa.

Layer on remaining tortillas, rest of beans, hamburger, tomatoes and cheese and salsa. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and black olives.
