SOUTHWEST LASAGNE 
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. mild picante sauce
1/2 c. green chilies, diced
8 cooked lasagne noodles
2 c. Jack cheese, grated
1 (28 oz.) can crushed tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
15 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown meat, drain. Add tomatoes, picante sauce, taco seasoning, chilies. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 to 15 minutes. In bottom of greased 9 x 13 inch pan, spread 1/2 meat mixture, top with 4 noodles. Spread with 1/2 Ricotta cheese and Cheddar cheese. Repeat layers, top with Jack cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
