GREENBRIER SALAD 
1 small pkg. lime jello (any flavor will work)
1 c. boiling water
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese

Dissolve jello and marshmallows in boiling water. Cool. Add crushed pineapple and cottage cheese. Place in bowl and chill overnight.
