1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained (shells work best) 1/4 lb. provolone cheese, cubed 1/4 lb. sliced or cubed pepperoni 1/4 lb. salami, cubed 3 chopped tomatoes 1 chopped onion 3 sticks celery, chopped in large pieces 3 green peppers, cubed 7 oz. green olives, sliced 1 can black olives (optional) 1/2 c. vinegar 1/4 c. oil Chill macaroni, provolone, pepperoni, salami, tomatoes, onion, celery, peppers, green and black olives. Before serving, add vinegar and oil or 1 large (16 ounce) bottle Italian dressing. Can be stored. If it seems dry, add more dressing. |
