1 c. hot sausage
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sharp Cheddar or just Cheddar cheese

Mix together, shape in balls. Put foil under cookie sheet, put sausage balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.

The foil under the cookie sheet keeps grease from running out of oven.
