PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
16 oz. can pumpkin
1 c. sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs and cinnamon. Place in greased and floured sheet pan. Sprinkle 1 box cake mix over this. Melt butter and pour over cake. Sprinkle 1 cup chopped pecans over butter. Bake 45 to 55 minutes at 350 degrees.
