PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
1 can pumpkin
1/2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tall can evaporated milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs

Beat eggs until frothy; add sugar, cinnamon, pumpkin and milk. Pour this mixture into a greased 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle cake mix over this. Drizzle melted butter over cake mix. Sprinkle pecans over entire top. Bake 45 to 60 minutes in 350 degree oven (NOTE: When done this dish is firm.) Cut in squares and top with Cool Whip sprinkled with nutmeg.
