1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 med. cucumber, peel and dice
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained

Mix all ingredients and chill until set.
