1 pkg. chopped spinach (drain well)
1 pkg. lemon Jello (dissolve with 1 c. water only)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Lemon rind
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. grated onion
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese

Mix all into Jello adding cottage cheese last.
