SPINACH COTTAGE CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 pt. cottage cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained
3 tbsp. butter
3 slices yellow cheese, grated

Mix all together and place in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top the last 10 minutes. If doubling the recipe allow 1 1/2 hours for baking in a deep casserole.
