LOW - CAL FRIED CHICKEN 
Peel off all skin and fat from chicken. Rinse. Dip chicken piece sin 2 eggs and 1 cup buttermilk mixed together. Then roll in corn flake crumbs. Place in foil lined shallow baking pan. Sprinkle with pepper and salt substitute may be used. Bake about 1 hour or test for tenderness.
