LOW-CAL CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. lemon peel
1/2 tsp. garlic or herbed salt or garlic powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. white wine
butter

Remove skin from breasts. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, garlic salt or powder and paprika. Place breasts, bone side down, in a baking dish. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for about 60 minutes or until golden brown. Baste occasionally with wine poured over chicken. Serves 4.
