MAMA'S FAVORITE CAKE FROSTING 
1 c. evaporated milk
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Cook and stir first 5 ingredients over medium heat until thickened (about 12 minutes). Add coconut and chopped pecans. Cool until thick enough to spread.

Makes 2 1/2 cups.
