QUICHE 
1 prepared pie crust
3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni or ham
3 beaten eggs
1 c. half and half
1 tsp. salt

Combine cheese and meats. Pour into prepared pie crust. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over cheese/meat mixture.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until quiche stays apart when split with fork. Let stand 2-3 minutes before cutting.
