COMPANY BREAKFAST 
White bread - 4 slices

Put yellow mustard on them, cut into squares, place in ungreased 9x13 inch glass pan.

Sprinkle over bread.

Sprinkle over ham.

Beat eggs, pour over other ingredients. Put in refrigerator overnight. (This does not taste good and does not turn out if you make it the day you use it.) Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

Serves 8-12.

COMPANY BREAKFAST ROLLS:

The night before - use a bundt pan, ungreased.

Put these in bundt pan, level out. In saucepan, heat but don't boil: 1 pkg. butterscotch pudding, not instant pudding 1/2 c. brown sugar Cinnamon to taste (2-3 tsp.)

Pour mixture over rolls. Let sit in cold oven overnight. Take rolls out, preheat oven to 350 degrees, bake for 25 minutes. (Bake with egg dish. Put eggs in, cook 10 minutes, put rolls in, cook for 25 minutes.) Rolls will rise over pan 1 inch or more. Be sure to leave enough shelf room in oven. Let them sit in pan for 5 or more minutes, loosen edges with a knife, invert over large serving dish, let caramel drip over rolls.
