WALDORF SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 c. cold water
2 tsp. vinegar
1 c. diced, unpeeled red apples
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3/4 c. diced celery

Dissolve gelatin and salt in hot water. Add cold water and vinegar. Chill until slightly thickened (or may be beaten until slightly light and fluffy). Fold in the apples, walnuts, and celery. Pour into one large mold, or if prepared, into individual ones.
