HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. finely diced celery
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise (not salad dressing)
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup chips. Pour in oblong baking dish. Top with reserved cheese and chips. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes or at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. 6 servings.
