HOT CHICKEN SALAD 
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 c. slivered almonds
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 sm. jar pimento
2 c. celery
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of celery soup or mushrooms
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can dried onion rings

Combine all ingredients but onion rings. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Put on onion rings and bake about 10-15 minutes.
