FRUIT YOGURT 
2 lb. non-fat yogurt, plain or lemon
1 apple, orange or banana, cut in bite size pieces equaling 2 c. (seasonal fruits may also be used)
Ground cardamom, optional

Drain yogurt in colander lined with cheesecloth for 1 hour. Then stir in fruit. Refrigerate for several hours. Serve for breakfast, snack, or part of a light summer meal. Serves 6.
