SEAFOOD PASTA 
1 lb. shrimp fresh-peeled
1/2 lb. scallops
1/2 lb. lump crab meat (can use imitation)
1/4 lb. lobster meat
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 red pepper, chopped
6-8 mushrooms, sliced
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. minced garlic
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/2 lb. sun dried tomatoes chopped
1 lb. fettucini

Sauté onion, peppers, add mushrooms and seafood, tomatoes. Cook covered until shrimp is done. Mix with cooked fettucini.

Serves in pasta bowls topped with fresh parmesan or romano cheese.
