WINE CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 pkg. Jell-O instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. white wine
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Spray pan with Pam. Line pan with 1/2 cup pecans. Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, eggs, water, oil and wine. Beat 4 minutes. Pour into pan.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes.

While cake is warm in pan, combine sugar, butter and 1/4 cup white wine. Boil 2 minutes. Let sit 4 minutes. Pour over cake in pan. Let cool.
