SUPER PEACH PIE 
5 lg. peaches
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. water
1/4 or 1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
2 tbsp. butter
Cooked pie shell
Whipped cream

Slice 3 large peaches into a cooked pie shell. Mash 2 more peaches and add 1 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/2 cup water. Cook 5 minutes until it boils. Add 1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon almond flavoring and 2 tablespoons butter. Pour over sliced peaches. Chill. Serve with whipped cream.
