REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
7 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp. salt

Stir the above ingredients together. Let stand one hour.

Mix together: 1 c. vinegar 1 tsp. celery seed

Pour over pickles and mix well. Store in refrigerator. They do not have to be sealed. Easy and really good!
