WATERGATE CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 box pistachio pudding mix (instant)
3 eggs
1 c. oil (salad or vegetable)
1 c. club soda
1/4 c. chopped pecans

Blend together, then beat for 4 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inc hpan. Cook for 35-40 minutes (toothpick test).

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 1/4 c. milk
1 box instant pistachio pudding

Beat milk and pudding until mixed (thick). Fold in Cool Whip. Refrigerate for about an hour.
