1 box white cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 c. club soda
1 box pistachio pudding (instant only)
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat first 5 ingredients for 4 minutes add nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

ICING:

1 c. sweet milk
1 box pistachio pudding and pie mix (instant only)
1 c. powdered sugar
Large container Cool Whip
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. nuts

Beat everything except pudding, add pudding and stir until frosting stands in peaks. Ice cake and refrigerate.
