CREME DE MENTHE CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 pkg. pistachio pudding mix 4 eggs 1 c. sour cream 1/3 c. creme de menthe 1/3 c. oil 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat with electric mixer for 5 minutes. Pour batter into greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. |
