TUNA CASSEROLE FOR TWO 
1 can (7 oz.) solid tuna, drained
1/2 c. elbow or shell macaroni (cooked and drained)
1/2 c. sour cream
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1 sm. can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper or celery
Dash pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Break tuna into chunks. Add all other ingredients, except cheese. Put in shallow 1 quart baking dish, greased. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
