ROCKY ROAD DREAM BARS | |
Marble cake mix (reserve pouch) 1/3 c. softened butter 1/4 c. water 2 eggs 1 c. marshmallows 1 c. chopped nuts 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. In a large bowl, combine base ingredients. Mix at highest speed until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/4 cups crumbs for topping; press remaining crumb mix into pan. In large bowl, blend reserved crumbs, water, eggs, and marble pouch until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at highest speed. Stir in marshmallows, nuts, and chips. Spread over crumb mix in pan. Bake until impression doesn't remain (25-35 minutes). Cool completely. Dust with confectioners' sugar if desired. |
