ROCKY ROAD BARS 
4 c. oats
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. light corn syrup
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
2 c. mini-marshmallows

Line a 15 x 10 inch pan with foil. Spray with Pam. In large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, corn syrup and butter, blending well. Press into greased pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool completely in pan. Next, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter in microwave until smooth. Stir in marshmallows. Immediately spread chocolate mixture over cooled crust. Refrigerate. Cut into bars and store in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
