RICE CASSEROLE 
1/4 c. butter (1/2 stick)
1 c. raw rice (not Minute)
1 can onion soup
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts, sliced, drained
1 can chicken broth

Melt butter. Then mix with rest of the ingredients. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered for 1 hour.
