GELATIN SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. gelatin
2 lbs. cottage cheese
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 lg. Cool Whip
1/2 c. nuts (optional)

Sprinkle dry gelatin into cottage cheese. Add drained pineapple, fold in Cool Whip. Let stand for several hours, may stand overnight.
