SWEET CARROTS 
1 (4 oz.) can frozen apple or orange juice concentrate
2 oz. water
8 lg. carrots, sliced
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Place juice and water in a medium saucepan. Heat slowly until defrosted. Add carrots and cinnamon. Cook on medium heat until tender, about 10 to 15 minutes. Serves 8.
