RESTAURANT CHEESECAKE | |
2 c. crushed graham crackers 1/2 c. melted butter 2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon FILLING: 1 1/2 lb. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla 3 eggs Whipped cream Nutmeg 1. Mix together the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Firmly press on the bottom and sides of a 9 inch springform pan. Put in the refrigerator until ready to use. 2. Mix the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth and soft. 3. Add the lemon juice, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. 4. Pour into the prepared crust and bake in a 325 degree oven for about 45 minutes. Turn off the heat and leave in the oven until cool. 5. Serve topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with nutmeg. Serves 10. |
