Sauer's seasoning salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place as many pieces of chicken as will fit into a baking dish. Generously sprinkle chicken with seasoning salt. Add a little water to the bottom of the dish and cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is tender.
