6 chicken breasts, if double, split in 2
1/2 lb. butter
1 tsp. paprika
3 tbsp. lemon juice
1 carton sour cream
1/2 c. sherry wine
Mushrooms & stems
Dash of cayenne pepper
Garlic salt

Sprinkle chicken with garlic salt. Melt butter, add paprika and lemon juice. Roll chicken in butter mixture and place on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Make sauce of sour cream, wine and mushrooms. Pour over chicken and bake 15 minutes longer.
