QUICHE LORRAINE 
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tbsp. chopped onions
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. Grey Poupon or other zesty mustard
1 (9-inch) pie crust

Place cheese, bacon and onions evenly into pie crust. In small bowl combine eggs, cream and mustard. Pour evenly over cheese mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes, or until knife inserted into filling comes out clean. Makes 8 servings.
