HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tomato, chopped
Sm. green pepper, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
Ripe olives, drained and chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
4 slices Mozzarella or American cheese

Spread meat in 10 inch pie pan on bottom and sides. Mix remaining ingredients except soup and cheese. Spread over meat. Spread soup over all and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut cheese in strips and arrange on top. Bake 10 minutes more.
