EASY LASAGNA 
1 lb. browned ground beef
1/2 sm. onion, chopped
1 box lasagna noodles
1 lb. grated Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
1 sm. container ricotta or cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained, optional
1 (32 oz.) jar marinara sauce
1 c. water
Salt and pepper
Italian seasoning

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Do not precook noodles. Add beef, onion, marinara sauce, water, salt, pepper and seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes. In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish layer sauce mixture, uncooked noodles, ricotta, Mozzarella and spinach. Repeat, ending with noodles and sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
