EASY OVEN LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) long lasagna uncooked
1 to 2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese shredded
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Brown beef, drain. Add spaghetti sauce, water and salt. Add spinach, breaking apart with fork. Simmer 10 minutes. Layer sauce, noodles, and cottage cheese in 9x13 pan. Repeat layers, ending with sauce. Top with cheeses. Cover with foil. Bake 375 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
