EASY LASAGNA | |
1 lg. jar extra thick spaghetti sauce 16 oz. cottage cheese 8 oz. plain yogurt 1/2 lb. UNCOOKED lasagna noodles 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 1/2 lbs. browned ground beef, drained 1 c. water 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese (or more to taste) Mix cottage cheese and yogurt. Grease well a 9 x 13 inch pan. Spread about 1 cup spaghetti sauce in pan. Layer 1/3 each noodles, hamburger, cottage cheese mixture, Mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese on top of sauce. Repeat twice more. Pour water around sides of pan. Seal tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes more, or until noodles are tender. Cover loosely with foil and let stand 15-20 minutes before cutting and serving. |
