GOOEY CHOCOLATE BARS 
1 chocolate cake mix (x-moist or with pudding)
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate or vanilla ice cream, softened
1 c. chocolate chips

Wash hands. Mix cake mix (dry), butter, and 1 egg in large bowl on low speed or by hand until crumbly. Wash hands again. Press into greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Pat to all corners. Sprinkle nuts and pat down lightly. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

While baking, beat 2 eggs on high until foamy. Beat in ice cream (on low). Take out baked cake, sprinkle with chocolate chips, pour ice cream mixture over chips. Bake 30 to 40 minutes (will spring back when touched). Cool 1 hour. Cut into small bars.
