GOOEY BARS 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. butter

Melt together.

3/4 c. nuts

Pour over 1 (10 oz.) package of marshmallows mix and pour in buttered cake pan. Refrigerate.
