DIABETIC APPLE PIE 
4 c. fresh apples
1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice
2 sm. tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Make your favorite pastry for a 2-crust pie. Peel, core and slice apples. Add frozen apple juice and cook until almost done. Add cornstarch and boil until thick (only takes a minute). Add butter and cinnamon. Put in unbaked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
