GREAT - GRANDMA'S NOODLES 
1 egg
Milk
Pinch salt
Flour

Beat egg with a fork. Fill largest half of egg shell with milk. Add milk to the egg. Add salt and mix. Add flour (between 1/2 to 1 cup) until dough is the correct consistency to roll out. Roll and let dry until dough cuts easily into strips. Let noodles dry completely before cooking.
