GRANDMA'S NOODLE PUDDING 
16 oz. fine egg noodles
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Less than 1/4 lb. butter
Salt, optional
16 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk
Graham cracker crumbs

Cook noodles 10 to 15 minutes, until partially cooked. Drain and rinse with water. Melt butter. Mix noodles, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add sour cream, cottage cheese, milk and beaten eggs. Butter baking dish with remaining butter and put mixture in. Top with graham cracker crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
