ITALIAN - POLISH SAUSAGE BAKE | |
1 lb. Italian sausage 1 lb. Kielbasa 4 to 6 green peppers 8 potatoes 2 tbsp. oil Garlic powder (use 1 red pepper for added color, if desired) Cut Italian sausage and kielbasa into pieces. Cut green peppers into 1 inch strips. Peel and quarter potatoes. Put everything into baking pan. Pour oil over and sprinkle with garlic powder to taste. Mix to coat. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 1 hour. Check potatoes and Italian sausage. |
