ITALIAN CHICKEN, SAUSAGE &
POTATO BAKE
 
6 to 8 potatoes, cut lengthwise into 6 pieces
4 lg. onions, halved
3 drumsticks chicken
3 chicken thighs
1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into 3 to 4 inch pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground garlic
1 tbsp. crushed parsley
1/4 tsp. black pepper
3 to 4 tbsp. olive oil

Combine olive, garlic, salt, crushed parsley. With a pastry brush coat potatoes, chicken and onions so vegetables and chicken are coated with oil and spices.

Bake high heat, 425°F for 30 to 35 minutes, lower heat to 375°F for 45 minutes.

Serves 4 to 6.
