CHEESE FILLED LOAF 
8 oz. chipped cream cheese
1 (crock refill size) Cheddar or wine Cheddar or Port cheese
1/2 c. beer
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
1 med. size loaf pumpernickel bread

Mix all ingredients. Hollow pumpernickel loaf. Fill with cheese mixture. Cut pumpernickel bread into cubes for dipping.
