MACARONI AND CHEESE 
8 oz. macaroni
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 c. milk
8 oz. mild cheddar cheese (grated)
1 tsp. salt

Cook macaroni in salt water until tender, then drain. While macaroni is still hot add 1 stick butter and let cool.

Beat eggs, add milk, mix well, and then add egg and milk mixture to macaroni. Mix well together all ingredients. Add 8 oz. mild grated cheddar cheese, mixing again all together. Put in 9 x 13 inch pan and place in oven.

Bake at 450°F for about 30 minutes or until lightly golden brown on top.
