KATIE'S MACARONI AND CHEESE | |
2 c. sm. elbow macaroni 2 c. colby cheese 2 c. cheddar cheese 2 cans evaporated milk (10 oz.) 3 eggs 1 stick butter 2 tbsp. Parmesan (optional) Cook macaroni as directed on box, drain and set aside. Grate cheese and put aside. Beat eggs, add milk and mix. Pour macaroni into greased 9"x13" casserole dish. Add grated cheese; mix well. Pour egg and milk mixture into macaroni and cheese, sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. |
